Dr. Seema Amin, our Dentist, received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) degree from the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry in 1998. Go Gators! She furthered her studies by completing a one year General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, where she received additional training in all aspects of general dentistry.
Dr. Amin regularly attends dental seminars, workshops and lectures, and takes pride in using the latest techniques and materials in modern dentistry. Most recently, Dr. Amin has completed over 150 hours of continuing education in Implant Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Florida Dental Association (FDA), West Coast Dental Association, Pinellas County Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Studies (LVI), and Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS). Dr Amin is a fellow of The International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Amin has a caring touch that helps relieve dental anxieties. She feels that it is important to develop lifelong trusting relationships as well as the best possible care for you. In her free time away from her dental practice, Dr. Amin and her husband enjoy spending time with their family and friends, and stay busy raising their two daughters. Dr. Amin also enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and at a local free dental clinic. She has a special interest in nutrition, exercise, and living a healthy lifestyle.
